The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday dismissed YSR Congress president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy's bail plea in connection to a disproportionate assets case.
A special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Nov 28 had dismissed Jagan's statutory bail petition.
His second bail plea was also dismissed on Dec 4.
The YSR Congress president later moved the High Court and filed two bail petitions.
Jagan received a blow in October when the Supreme Court rejected his bail plea in the disproportionate assets case.
The CBI had arrested Jagan on May 27.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court ordered a CBI probe into Jagan's wealth on Aug 11, 2011 after Congress leader P Shankar Rao filed a written petition in Nov 2010 seeking it, terming his property as "ill-gotten".
Jagan's father YSR Reddy, who was a Congress strongman and chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, died in a helicopter crash in 2009.
