Recalling her Christmas celebrations at home in Germany, Claudia, in a hint of homesickness, said,"Since I have a joint family, my mom and granny would cook the traditional food, while we kids would lay dishes, decorate house and wait eagerly for the first star to strike the night sky. We would be fasting and would have our dinner only after we have seen the first night star.
After which we would go looking for our Christmas gifts." At the same time, Claudia, who has made a mark in Bollywood and the Punjabi film industry and is set to soon enter the South, says that India is now her home."India is a home to me. I love being here and so I am here," she says.
Asked how different is Indian Christmas and Christmas at home, Claudia said,"India is definitely a home to me but in Germany where my parents live we follow traditions which are very distinctly followed here."
