Mitt Romney 'didn't want to run for White House', claims son
Mitt Romney had been a reluctant candidate to run for the White House race from the start, the former Massachusetts governor's son has said.
In an interview with the Boston Globe, Tagg Romney said that after failing to win the 2008 Republican nomination, his father said that he would not run again.
Tag said that his father had to be persuaded to enter the 2012 White House race by his wife Ann.
According to the Telegraph, Tagg , during the interview, said that no one wanted to be president less than Romney,
He also said that Mitt Romney 'is a very private person who loves his family deeply and wants to be with them.'
He loves his country, but he doesn't love the attention, his eldest son added.
