Actor Saif Ali Khan chargesheeted in midnight brawl case

Mumbai Police have chargesheeted actor Saif Ali Khan and two of his friends -- Shakeel Ladak and Bilal Amrohi -- in connection with the February 2012 midnight brawl case in a restaurant of a five-star hotel here.
All three were charged under Sections 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, media reports said.
The actor, who was dining with Ladak, Amrohi, Malaika Arora Khan and then fiancee Kareena Kapoor entered into a scuffle with NRI businessman Iqbal Sharma and his father-in-law at the five star restaurant.
Apparently, the scuffle took place because Sharma objected to the noise being created by Khan and his friends.
Verbal confrontations triggered an ugly fist fight.
Sharma filed a complaint against the actor as his friends.
Police arrested Khan, Ladak and Amrohi and subsequently released them on bail.
