Former US Olympian admits working as USD 600-per-hr Las Vegas call girl
A three-time U.S. Olympian had reportedly spent the last year working as a call girl and made upto 600dollars-per-hour, a double life she now says was a "huge mistake."
Olympic track star Suzy Favor Hamilton, 44, had been employed with one of Las Vegas' premier escort agencies since last December and has booked dozens of "dates" there and elsewhere throughout the United States, including Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston.
Hamilton, who has been featured in a Nike television commercial and ongoing promotional work for Disney, initially denied any connection to Haley Heston's Private Collection. But the married mother of a 7-year-old girl later acknowledged her work as "Kelly," Fox News reports.
"I take full responsibility for my mistakes. I'm not the victim and I'm not going that route," she said.
"I'm owning up to what I did. I would not blame anybody except myself. Everybody in this world makes mistakes. I made a huge mistake. Huge," she added.
According to the report, Hamilton, who used the alias "Kelly Lundy," shared her true identity with several male clients.
The former Olympian characterized the escort business as "exciting" and a diversion from her Wisconsin real estate brokerage with her 44-year-old husband, Mark, who is aware of her illicit business.
"He tried, he tried to get me to stop. He wasn't supportive of this at all," she admitted.
