Court removes 2 in Chandrasekharan murder case

The Additional Sessions Court here today removed two CPI (M) activists from the list of accused in the sensational murder case of Revolutionary Marxist Party leader T P Chandrasekharan in this district of Kerala a couple of months ago.
Judge R Narayana Pisharoty removed party Muzhakkunnu Local Committee Secretary Karyath Valsan and activist K Madanan for lack of evidence.
However, the court rejected similar plea of 16 others, including CPI (M) State Committee member and former All India President of Students Federation of India K K Ragesh.
