Silver, Gold rally
The precious metals advanced today, as Silver gained by Rs 470 to Rs 61,795 per kg and Gold rose by Rs 190 to Rs 31,175 per ten gm on sustained demand from stockists coupled with strong global cues, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association (BBA)said.
Silver opened in green up by Rs 415 per kg and till the end of the session it gained further to end at Rs 61,795, up by Rs 470 per kg as compared to its previous close.
Gold opened positive at Rs 31,205 per ten gm, but later pared some gains to end in green at Rs 31,175, up by Rs 190 per ten gm as against the previous close. Pure variety also rose by Rs 195 to end at Rs 31,300 per ten gm.
A similar trend was seen in Asian Market, where Silver increased to USD 33.32 per ounce and Gold rose to USD 16.97 per ounce.
