Martin Scorsese to direct HBO film on Bill Clinton

HBO has teamed up with Academy Award-winning director Martin Scorsese to create a documentary about former US president Bill Clinton.
The movie will be made with Clinton's "full cooperation," said HBO.
The film will focus on Clinton's perspectives on history, culture, politics and the world, all areas in which he has no shortage of views, the New York Daily News reports.
"A towering figure who remains a major voice in world issues, President Clinton continues to shape the political dialogue both here and around the world," the paper quoted Scorsese, as saying,
"Through intimate conversations, I hope to provide greater insight into this transcendent figure," he added.
According to the report, no air date has been announced yet.
