Tourists cheer fresh spell of snowfall in Himachal

Tourists from all over the country flocked to Solang valley in Himachal Pradesh to enjoy the first spell of snowfall of this winter.
The tourists walked on the paths covered with snow and picturesque pine-clad slopes blanketed by the season's snow.
Bhaviksha, a newly wed lady said on Friday that she was enthralled to see the valley wrapped in white.
"We have come here for our honeymoon yesterday and we didn't know that we will see so much of snowfall in Solang Valley, but we are enjoying a lot here," she said.
Snowfall resulted in temperatures plummeting in the upper reaches of the area and hill stations in states like Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand .
