Drizzle in Delhi, more rain likely
It was a cold, damp Friday morning in the capital with light rain and a fog too. The Met office has forecast rain in some parts of the city in the day.
The minimum temperature settled five notches above average at 13.2 degrees Celsius.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the capital received 0.1 mm of rainfall till 8.30 a.m.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy, with possibility of rain later in the day," an IMD official said.
"The maximum temperature is expected to hover around the 24 degrees Celsius mark," added the IMD official.
Humidity stood at 87 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was three notches above average at 25.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was a notch above average at 9.8 degrees Celsius.
