CPI(M) veteran and Opposition leader in Kerala Assembly V S Achuthanandan today said his party was not planning to dislodge him.
Talking to newspersons here, he said he had clearly mentioned that the ruling party was trying to dislodge him from the post.
"I have not said that my party was planning tO remove me from the post of Opposition leader,' he added.
Earlier, the Opposition leader alleged that the Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Industries Minister P K Kunhalikutty were hatching a conspiracy to remove him from the post by framing cases against him in connection with the transfer of land to his relative during his previous tenure as the Chief Minister.
