Kuwait Shooter Alhawal Sarah wins Gold

Kuwait Shooter Alhawal Sarah today won gold in the Trap Women event of the 2nd Asian Shooting Championship concluded here in New Moti Bagh Gun Club.

Alhawal begged the yellow metal Sarah won Gold Medal by scoring a total of 84 (61+23), Shagun Choudhry of India won Silver by scoring a total of 83 (64+19).

Bronze was won by sirani Epideh of Iran by scoring a total of 78 (64+14).

As many as 17 shooters of different countries participated in this event out of which four were in MQS category.

The team Gold was won by India.

The Shooters Shagun Choudhry (64), Varsha Tomer (59), Seema Tomer (54) Scored a total of 177.

The silver medal was won by Iran by its shooters Sirani Epideh (64), Ranjbar Sari Nargis (55), Amiri Behzadi Fatemeh (52) with a total Score of 171.

Thailand Srisongkram Janejira (58), Kitcharoen Chattaya (50), Viravaidya Nanpapas (48) begged bronze after scoring a total of 156.

In Maharaja Yadavinder Singh Memorial Indian Open Shotgun Championships, the gold was won by Italian Shooter by scoring a total of 68 and silver medal was won by Shagun Choudhry (64) of India bronze was won by Iranian Sirani Epideh (64). It was decicede by tieshoot as both silver and bronze were on the same score 64.

The team gold was won by Iran by its shooters Sirani Epideh (64), Ranjbar Sari Nargis (55), Amiri Behzadi Fatemeh (52) with a total Score of 171.

The silver was won by India The Shooters. Varsha Tomer (59), Shikha Badhuria (55) Seema Tomer (54) Scored a total of 168.

The Bronze was won by Thailand Srisongkram Janejira (58), Kitcharoen Chattaya (50), Viravaidya Nanpapas (48) scoring a total of 156.
