A Punjabi food festival is on at Kebab-e-Que, a restaurant at Astor hotel.
The festival, which started on December 6, will continue till December 16.
The festival, called 'Pukka Punjabi', will give the celebrate a vigorous variety of Punjabi spicy food, said RK Palta, general manager of the Hotel.
Punjabi traditional recipes such as makki di roti and sarson da saag would be on the menu.
Food enthusiasts would get to taste starters such as gooler kebab, firozepuri makki kebab, chann de achari paneer tikkey, chicken fry belli ram and sharabi jhingey.
V.K. Dhar, the chef behind these delicacies told IBNS, "People can taste the real Punjabi robust food here. The marination process, ingredients and spices are all authentic."
