Premium and trusted developer Salarpuria Sattva has launched their mixed-use development, Necklace Pride in the heart of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad today.
Located on Necklace Road, Necklace pride will come up on 8.5 acres with an investment of Rs 500 crore plus being pumped in the project and to be completed by 2015 will have residential, commercial and retail spaces.
Addressing a press conference after the launch, Salarpuria Sattva Group Managing Director Bijay Agarwal said 'though construction activities had slowed down in Hyderabad in recent past, we see immense potential in the city due to its excellent infrastructure support.' The Company, which has completed 15 million sq ft in Bangalore with 30 million sq ft in the pipleline sees an opportunity to script a similar success story in Hyderabad, Mr Agarwal opined.
He said 'We are committed to be a long term player in Hyderabad, and plans are on for 10 million sqft in the next years and added the company plans to focus on environment and green measures to raise living standars and ease growing congestion in the city.
'The work-live-play concept, which is the first such attempt in the heart of the city will help us towards this end, explained company's Director Mahesh Khaitan and said Necklace pride has nearly 70 per cent green space and only 30 per cent built up which makes it a truly green project in its own right.' The Company already has an upcoming 0.7 million sq-ft commercial development-cyber garden here, which is nearing completion soon. The Company is also planning a hi-tech city, with IT, residential and retail combined. It will be one of the biggest projects by the group with 7.5 million sq-ft of space which will come up in next year.
