3 killed in truck collision at Hubli-Karwar bypass
Hubli, Dec 6(UNI)
Three people were killed on the spot and as mny injured when two lorries collided head-on at the Hubli-Karwar bypass road in early hours today.
The deceased included Ayoub Khan of Gujarat who was driving one of the trucks carrying sheep. A large number of animals also perished in the mishap.
Police said the accident occourred when one of the trucks negotiated a sharp curve while on its way to Belgaum,.
The injured have been admitted to the KIMS hospital here.
