Nippy Wednesday in Delhi, Thursday to be same
It was a sunny day after a nippy morning in the capital Wednesday, the Met office said. Thursday is likely to be the same with a clear sky after a misty morning.
Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 9 degrees Celsius, while the maximum settled at 24.7 degrees Celsius, both normal for this time of the season, an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
Humidity levels saw a high of 85 percent and a low of 26 percent.
The Met office has forecast a clear sky in the day and a shallow fog cover early morning and evening Thursday.
"Sky will be clear and light veil of shallow fog will envelop Thursday morning and evening. The maximum and minimum temperature is expected to hover around 24 and eight degrees Celsius," the IMD official added.
Tuesday's maximum temperature was 24 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the year, while the minimum was three notches below average at 6.5 degrees Celsius.
