The Bangalore based Mindlogicx, a tech product development company in the higher education space, today announced that it will be hiring 1000 people over the next 6-12 months as part of its expansion plans that will see the company establish a national presence.
The company, which has ten Indian Universities as its customers and a student base of 1 million, is targeting to double to 2 million students over the next 12 months according to a company release here.
Mindlogicx, which currently had employee counts of over 400 is building a 1.5 lakh square feet facility in Whitefield, Bangalore, to more than treble its headcount to 1500 after the current expansion.
The hiring of these 1000 people will be both from campuses and outside and will include Software Programmers, Technology and Network Support Engineers and Semi Skilled people.
The company has so far invested Rs 20 crore in Research and development of its exam automation suite of products called IntelliEXAMS which has helped automate the examination process across 1000 examination centers.
