Global crude oil price: Indian Basket declines
New Delhi, Dec 4 (IBNS)
The international crude oil price for Indian Basket as computed/published on Tuesday by the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has come down to USUSD 109.25/barrel (bbl) on Dec 3 as compared to USUSD 109.51//bbl on the previous trading day's figures of Nov 30. In rupee terms also, the crude oil price declined to Rs 5960.68 per bbl on Dec 3 as compared to Rs 5971.58 per bbl on Nov 30.
This was due to reduction in price in dollar terms. Rupee dollar-exchange rate on Dec 3 was Rs 54.56/USUSD against Rs 54.53per USUSD on previous trading day of Nov 30.
