SAP Labs India appoints Anirbhan Dey as new Managing Director

SAP Labs India today formally announced that Anirban Dey has been appointed managing director effective January one, 2013.
Taking over from his current role as Vice President, In-Memory Platform Technologies, Dey will further drive operational efficiency, speed up innovation and steer SAP Labs in its next phase of growth. He succeeds V R Ferose, who will take on a new global role in SAP, a company release said.
He has been with SAP since 2008, and has over 15 years of expertise in technology and applications development and comes with an excellent academic background and proven abilities to manage offshore development and key customer engagements.
