Rains expected in Delhi Thursday
Rains are expected in the capital Thursday and the chill is set to rise, the Met Office said Wednesday.
"Light mist will be there in the morning and rains are expected towards the evening or night in some parts of the city," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 26 and 10 degrees Celsius.
Wednesday was clear and chilly with the maximum temperature settling a notch above average at 26 degrees Celsius and the minimum recorded at 8.5 degrees - two notches below average.
The humidity oscillated between 87 and 31 percent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at what is average for this time of the season at 25.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was a notch below average at 9.4 degrees Celsius.
