Former Andhra Pradesh Minister Krishna Yadav today rejoined the Telugu Desam Party(TDP) today.
Mr Yadav, who was away from the party since long back after arrrested by the CBI in multi-crore stamp paper scam case, was reback to the party in the presence of the party chief Chandra Babu Naidu at Medai district, where he was undergoing 'Mee kosam padayatra in Alipur village under Narayanakhed constituency.
Several of his supporters also joined TDP after Yadav taking out a huge rally from the Boinpalli to Alipur.
It may be mentioned here that Krishna Yadav was expelled from the TDP after he was arrested in connection with the fake stamps scam of Telgi that rocked the nation.
However, Mr Yadav, who came out clean from the multi-crore stamp paper scam case, has recently met Naidu and expressed his desire to rejoin the party and work for strengthening it.
Krishna Yadav has joined the TDP in 1985 and was elected to the Hyderabad municipal corporation on TDP ticket in 1986.
He was elected to the Assembly in 1994 from the Himayatnagar constituency of Hyderabad.
