Militant attack in Bemina claims life of CRPF jawan
Srinagar, Nov.28 (ANI)
One Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan was killed in a militant attack in the Bemina area near Srinagar early on Wednesday morning.
According to media reports, the CRPF has just confirmed the incident.
It said that a CRPF post in the Bemina area had been attacked in the wee hours of Wednesday.
CRPF sources said that the jawan who was on guard duty at the 134 CRPF post was checdking out some suspicious movement in the area, when his flash light exposed the militants.
He was shot at several times and succumbed to his injuries while he was being taken to hospital.
