JAC dharna seeking 10th PRC, MLA extends solidarity

A large number of employees, teachers and workers under the aegis of district unit of the JAC today staged massive dharna in front of the Collectorate demanding winding up of pay anomalies committee and constitution of the tenth PRC instead.

They raised slogans in support of other demands that include health cards for free medical treatment, constitution of a health trust with officials and employees and abolition of outsourcing and contract system and regularize the services of the existing.

They demanded withdrawal of new pension policy and steps to fill up existing vacancies in various departments.

JAC Honorary president Achanta Ramarayudu, President Buriga Aseervadam, secretary P Trinath have led the stir.

Meanwhile, the city MLA D Chandrasekhara Reddy , MLC Chaithanya Raju and YSR Congress leader Chalamalasetti Sunil have visited the dharna camp and expressed their solidarity to the employees agitation.
