The Jaipuria family owned RJ Corp--a Rs 5000 crore diversified conglomerate--, today launched India's first ultra luxurious birthing centre 'Cocoon' here in the Pink City.
The one-of-a-kind Centre was launched by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in the presence of Women and Child Development Minister Bina Kak, Medanta Medicity Chairman Dr Naresh Trehan, RJ Corp Chairman Ravi Jaipuria, Ms Dhara Jaipuria,Agio and Orion Group Chairman Murari Jalan and the hospital CEO Dr CV Nerikar.
'Cocoon is an impeccable amalgamation of seven star hospitality and high end medical care. Equipped with all the modern pre and post natal healthcare facilities, it gives a whole new dimension to motherhood by offering unique concepts and bouquet of services designed around womanhood and the new born', Mr Jaipuria said.
Cocoon would provide the much-needed holistic care to expectant mothers coupled with world class luxury and facilities, he added.
'We plan to set up more such specialised centres in other parts of India with an investment of Rs 1,000 crore and also intend to expand the project internationally' Mr Jaipuria said.
Elaborating on his corporate house he said the RJ Corp is Rs 5000 crore diversified conglomerate with interests in beverages, fast foods, and dairy products, retail, healthcare and education in India and overseas.
It has a tie-up with Pepsi Foods Ltd to manufacture and market Pepsi brand of beverages in geographically pre-defined territories.
The RJ Corp is a franchisee/joint venture partner for brands such as Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Costa Coffee and Disney Artist.
