Frank Lampard loses out on 3m pounds after pulling out of new house plans

Frank Lampard has incurred a loss of 3million pounds after scrapping plans for a new house.
The Chelsea star, 34, wanted to build a second pad in the grounds of his home in Esher, Surrey, which would have upped the site's value, the Daily Star reported.
But he put it up for sale after he split from his former fiancee Elen Rivas, 37, and has now abandoned all his plans.
