DA case: court extends remand of Jagan till Dec 5

The CBI Special Court today extended the judicial remand of Kadapa MP and YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy till December 5 in the disproportionate assets case against him.
The court also extended the remand of other accused, including former Andhra Pradesh excise minister Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao and VANPIC project developer Nimmagadda Prasad.
Proceedings were conducted through video-conferencing with Chanchalguda jail, where the accused are lodged.
