Army Chief Gen to review passing out parade ai INA
Army Chief General Bikram Singh will review the Passing Out Parade of cadets of the 15th Naval Orientation Course [Regular] on November 24.
The event is scheduled to be held at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala.
A total of 219 cadets, including 50 from the Indian Coast Guard, who commenced their training of 22 weeks at the Indian Naval Academy on 25 June 2012, will pass out on successful completion of their training.
Among these, 17 are women cadets, who have also successfully completed their ab-initio training, an INA release said here today.
The parade will be reviewed by General Bikram Singh, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, ADC, the Chief of the Army Staff.
After reviewing the parade, Gen Singh will felicitate meritorious cadets of the course. The parade will be witnessed by the parents of the passing out cadets, as well as a large number of dignitaries.
