Amid disruptions, the Rajya Sabha's Select Committee report on the Lokpal Bill was tabled in the Upper House of the Parliament on Friday.
Meanwhile, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) members created ruckus in the House over their demand for reservation in promotion, reports said.
The Rajya Sabha was later adjourned till 2:30 pm.
The Select Committee's report on the Lokpal Bill recommends de-linking the creation of state Lokayuktas from the Lokpal Bill, bringing the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) under its purview except on matters relating to internal and external security, atomic energy, international relations and public order, said CNN-IBN quoting sources.
It also recommends that the CBI director be appointed by a collegium comprising the PM and Chief Justice of India.
The Bill will go to the Lok Sabha for approval, once it is passed in the Rajya Sabha.
The Winter Session of the Parliament commenced on Thursday.
