Two urns, containing ashes of Shiv Sena Supremo Bal Thackeray, arrived here last night from Mumbai.
Sena sources said the two urns, containing ashes of late shiv sena chief, were handed over to Aurangabad MP Chandrakant Khaire in Mumbai.
One of the urns will be taken to Gangapur in Vaijapur tehsil while another urn would be taken to Shillod and Soygaon tehsils this afternoon to enable people pay homage to the departed leader.
Tomorrow, the urn will be taken to Bajajnagar, Kultabad and Kannd while another will be kept at Phulambri and Karmad.
On November 23, an urn will be taken to Marathwada Shankrutik Mandal ground via Kranthi chowk, Gulmandi and Sambajipet in the city and another will be kept for darshan for citizens of Aurangabad.
Another urn will be placed at Paithan for darshan. the immersion ceremony will take place on the same day, the sources added.
