Beverage: Kerala to bring new ordinance
Kerala Government will bring out an ordinance that entrusts Panchayaths, Muncipalities and other LSGs with power to sanction new beverages.
Briefing on Cabinet decisions here, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said the State Governor has been recommended to issue the ordinance.
Sanction has been given to register Alappuzha Coir Manufacturing Unit in Public Sector, he said.
Salary of the staffs of Thenmala Eco Tourism Project would be renewed.
The Panchayath road at Mulavukadu, Ernakulam will be developed by including it in the Gosree Project.
He said 58 new posts have been sanctioned as part of upgrading the Thaluk Hospital at Changanassery to General hospital. For the smooth functioning of Right to Information Office, 15 new posts have been sanctioned.
