Elaborate arrangements have been made at Sabarimala for pilgrims from Kottayam district.
Kerala home minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan inaugurated the information counter and prepaid taxi counter at Kottayam railway station as part of the arrangements, today.
The District administration and Thiruvananthapuram railway division has made all arrangements in the district for the pilgrims.
Divisional manager Rajesh Agarwal and district collector Mini Antony evaluated the arrangements in the district today.
The Latest railway time table would be displayed at all information centres in the district. Pilgrim shelters, bus parking bay, information booths, prepaid taxi counters and police aid posts were among the arrangements made for the pilgrims.
