The Kerala Cabinet today decided to provide Rs 55 lakh for making arrangements at Attukal Devi temple here in connection with the Sabarimala pilgrimage season.
Briefing the Cabinet decisions here, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said the fund would be utilised for making various arrangements for pilgrims.
Taking into account of the rush at the Attukal Devi temple during the Sabarimala pilgrim season, the Cabinet sanctioned the amount, he said.
