Stating this here today, SC Commission Chairman Rajesh Bagha said that it has come to the notice of the Commission that some of the educational institutions have been charging fees from the SC students illegally whose annual income was less than Rs two lakh per annum.
He said written instructions have been issued to the authorities concerned to trace all such institutions and to start punitive action against these erring institutions.
Mr Bagha said it had also been noticed that some of the institutions were not behaving well with the students/employees belonging to the SC community.
