Hizbul PTM militant arrested after returning back from PoK

A Pakistan Trained Militant (PTM) of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) was arrested in the frontier district of Kupwara after his return from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) after more than a decade, official sources said.
Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Shanoo, Handwara, had crossed over to PoK to receive arms training in 2001, the sources said.
He recently returned back, they said, adding during a naka checking at Chotipora, Handwara, in Kupwara, Bhat was arrested.
He was being interrogated, they added.
