Forex mkt closed for two days for Diwali festival

The Forex market will remain closed today and tomorrow for the Diwali festival.

However, a special Muhurat trading will start at 1545 hrs and end at 1700 hrs today at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) to mark the beginning of the new Samvat Year 2069.

There will be no trading on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) tomorrow.

In commodity markets, Metal, Sugar and Cotton will be shut for three days from today.

The Bullion market will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, traders informed.
