Mild earthquake hits Dharamsala
Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, Nov 12 (IBNS)
A mild earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale hit Kangra district's Dharamsala region in Himachal Pradesh on Monday, officials said.
The earthquake, with its epicentre located 17 km north of Baijnath in Douladhar ranges at latitude 32.3 degrees North and longitude 76.2 degrees East of Kangra district, shook the region at around 1.53 am, an official said.
The tremor lasted for around 4.5 seconds.
There is no report of casualty or damage so far.
