The Principal Special CBI Court at Nampally today adjourned the hearing till November 16, on the bail plea of former Karnataka BJP Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy in the Obulapuram Mining case.
Judge U Durga Prasada Rao adjourned the hearing after the CBI sought time to file a counter petition on the directions of the court.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court on October 31 granted him bail in the Cash-for-bail Scam.
Mr Reddy, who was in the Chanchalguda Jail here, later filed a bail petition in the CBI court in the OMC Case. He is also involved in AMC Case in Bangalore.
