Rainfall occurred at a few places over South Tamil Nadu.
Isolated rainfall occurred over North Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka. Mainly dry weather prevailed over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and dry weather prevailed over Rayalaseema, Telangana and Lakshadweep.
The chief amounts of rainfall recorded in centimetres are: TAMIL NADU AND PUDUCHERRY: Kadaladi (Ramanathapuram Dist) 5, Pamban (Ramanathapuram Dist) 4, Toothukudi and Vilathikulam (both Toothukudi Dist) and Ramanathapuram (Ramanathapuram Dist) 3 each, Sivaganga and Manamadurai (both Sivaganga Dist), Palayamkottai and Manimutharu (both Tirunelveli Dist), Rajapalayam (Virudhunagar Dist), Surangudi and Tiruchendur (both Toothukudi Dist), Mudukulatur (Ramanathapuram Dist) and Arantangi (Pudukkottai Dist) 2 each.
KERALA: Kumarakom and Kozha (both Kottayam dt) 3 each, Chengannur (Alapuzha dt) 2 and Kochi Airport and Piravom (both Ernakulam dt), Mavelikkara and Cherthala (both Alapuzha dt), Kottayam and Vaikom (Kottayam dt) 1 each.
The minimum temperature fell appreciably at one or two places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, fell at one or two places over rest Coastal Andhra Pradesh, rose at one or two places over Kerala and changed a little elsewhere over the region.
They were appreciably above normal at one or two places over Telanganan and North Interior Tamil Nadu, above normal at a few places over rest Tamil Nadu, Interior Karnataka, appreciably below normal at one or two places over Tamil Nadu, below normal at one or two places over Costal Andhra Pradesh and were generally normal over the rest of the region.
Adilabad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 16 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

FARMERS WEATHER BULLETIN FORECAST VALID UNTIL THE MORNING OF 11TH NOVEMBER 2012: Light to moderate rain would occur at a few places over Dindigul, Madurai, Theni, Ramanathapuram, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, Toothukudi, Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari districts of Tamil Nadu.
Isolated light to moderate rain may also occur over remaining districts of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
