The story narrated as comedy revolves around the street and personal life of two circus performers - Jumper Thambi and Tubelight Mani.

They got arrested, mistaken as terrorists and sentenced to death after a street performance infront of the Secretariat for a good cause.

The rest of the story forms when ACP Pauran, played by Prithviraj, realises his mistake. He tried his best for the release of innocent Thambi and Mani.

The characters of Baburaj, Chemban Vinod, Manju Sunichan and Srinda Ashab are highly appreciable. Prithviraj looks best suitable for the handsome police officer's role.

Bijibal has done the music compositions for the film. The "Thadi" song is a super hit.

The screenplay lacks fluidity in the second half. But Tamaar Padaar is good enough to watch like a circus.
