US-Israel alliance will never waver: Clinton

Washington, March 22: US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton Monday said her government was committed to Israel's security and the alliance between the two countries will "never waver".

"For President Obama, for me, and for this entire administration, our commitment to Israel's security and Israel's future is rock solid," Clinton told the annual policy conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), an influential pro-Israel lobby in the US.

"Guaranteeing Israel's security is more than a policy position for me. It is a personal commitment that will never waver," Xinhua quoted her as saying.
