Robbers loot cash, jewellery from house in east Delhi

New Delhi, March 22 : Four armed robbers broke into a house in east Delhi and escaped with Rs.100,000 cash and jewellery, police said Monday.

The incident took place around 10 p.m. Sunday when robbers entered Manoj Kumar's Yamuna Vihar residence.

"They threatened the family wqith dire consequences and then ransacked the house. The robbers escaped with Rs.100,000 cash and gold jewellery," a police officer said.
