Rajnikanth's 'Endhiran' postponed for Diwali

March 20, 2010 : Well, this may worry the ardent buffs of superstar Rajnikanth as his long awaited film will have a delayed release by end of 2010.

'Endhiran' started rolling before couple of years as Ayngaran International and Eros Productions decided to produce at a cost Rs.125Crs. Later, as the budget crossed above-the-line, these producers couldn't afford to continue and gradually handed the project to Sun Pictures.

And now, it's revealed that Shankar hasn't yet completed shooting of this film as there dozen of scenes to be completed. On pars, he has decided to '3D effects' for half of this film so as to cut down the risk factors involved with piracies. It seems that the entire post production team has to work on 250 special effects, which will approximately take 4 months to complete.

Meanwhile, A.R. Rahman has started working on background score for the scenes that have been shot till the date.
