March 11, 2010: Warner Bros. Pictures and Wide Frame Films comedy film 'Atithi Tum kab Jaoge?' is still going strong in cinemas all over India.
The complete family entertainer starring Ajay Devgn, Paresh Rawal and Konkona Sen Sharma has already overtaken the rest of the films that have been released on the same day.
With a favorable opening on Friday, the Box Office collections of 'Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?' further increased by 36pc on Saturday and by 70pc on Sunday, thus doing very well at the India Box Office.
"Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? is a feel-good comedy and a family entertainer, something the audiences have not seen in a long time. What is even more encouraging is that the opinion makers have compared it to the social comedies that were popularized by Hrishikesh Mukherjee and Basu Chatterjee in the 70s and 80s. We are absolutely delighted that the audiences have welcomed this Atithi into their hearts and are recommending it highly. Going by these encouraging trends we are very confident that this is going to be a super hit!" says Denzil Dias, Deputy Managing Director (Theatrical), Warner Bros. Pictures.
Not being a slapstick but a light hearted comedy 'Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?' has won the hearts of the audiences who are not only enjoying the film but also recommending it to others as they find an instant connect with the characters in this fun filled movie.
Seems like this Atithi is here to stay...
