Ambuja Realty to get 3 business parks in West Bengal

Kolkata, Mar 11 : Ambuja Realty on Thursday said it is planning to set up three more business parks in West Bengal.

Harshavardhan Neotia, Chairman, Ambuja Realty said, "We are indeed encouraged by the response to Ecospace, our first office park. It would be our endeavor to create similar Green Office Spaces that would nurture a work life balance and offer a 'work plus' environment to its residents. We have already selected the land and would be coming up with three business parks at Salt Lake Sector V, New Town and at City Centre Siliguri."

After inaugurating its first state of the art Business Park - Ecospace, in New Town, Kolkata in September 2009, Ambuja Realty Thursday announced the launch of Phase II at Ecospace.

Phase II at Ecospace offers a total of 4.5 lakh sq ft saleable area and comprises 2 new blocks: Block C and Block D. Block C would be G+9 stories and Block D would be G+10 stories respectively. Both the blocks would also offer offices with exclusive terrace spaces.

Phase 1 which includes Block A and B has already received a very positive response with over 85pc of its area already leased or sold out, said the company.

The company further said distinguished corporate houses such as Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Bank, Voith, Thyssenkrupp, Indus Towers, Bayer CorpScience amongst others have signed up and are in the process of moving in.
