Victoria Beckham's couture dresses stolen

London, Dec 8 : Robbers have stolen pop-star-turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham's couture dresses worth USD 630,000 from a delivery van.

Driver of the van was also physically assaulted as the robbers knocked him to the floor, leaving him battered and bruised, reports contactmusic.com.

According to a source, Victoria is shocked by this incident.

"This operation was meticulously planned. The thieves must feel they can make a fortune selling the collection on the black market. Victoria was informed straight away about the incident and was shocked and deeply saddened," said a source.

A representative of the former Spice Girls star confirmed the news and revealed the collection may have to be re-made if the dresses are not found.
