Kolkata, March 3 : Tata Motors has entered into an understanding with West Bengal State Cooperative Agricultural Rural Development (WBSCARD) Bank for financing its range of commercial vehicles to provide an added facility of finance to its customers.
WBSCARD Bank will offer loans for Tata Motors' commercial vehicles up to 85pc of the on-road cost (including vehicle cost, road tax and insurance), for a tenure ranging up to 5 years, at a very competitive rate of 10.5pc , a company release said.
WBSCARD Bank is a cooperative society which provides lending for long term and investment purposes in West Bengal. The bank, through its 2 main branches and 24 Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) branches has a wide presence in the state covering the remote locations as well.
This facility will be available at all the branches of the bank and commercial vehicle dealerships of Tata Motors.
