Another online management school test results out

New Delhi, March 2: Two days after the Common Admission Test (CAT) results were announced, India's leading management school, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Tuesday announced the results of its computer-based entrance test, NMAT.

"The results were posted on the NMIMS website at 5 p..m today (Tuesday) as per schedule. The selected candidates can check their interview and group discussion schedule on the NMIMS website," said Anupam Rastogi, chairman of NMAT admissions committee.

The test was delivered globally on an internationally synchronised time schedule by Pearson VUE to about 40,000 candidates between Jan 30 and Feb 8, 2010.

Pearson VUE is a global leader in computer-based testing for information technology, academic, government and professional testing programmes in over 100 countries.

The test results will be used for admission to NMIMS' management programmes. It includes MBA core (300 seats), MBA actuarial sciences (30 seats), capital markets (30 seats), banking (30 seats), pharma management (60 seats); MBA part-time (240 seats) and executive doctoral program (25 seats).

NMIMS enjoys the status of a deemed university and is considered one of the top management institutes in India.
