Radhika Rajamani of Rediff says: Puri Jagannadh's Devudu Chesina Manushulu is devoid of a storyline and is a half-baked film with poor characterization.
The cast of the movie includes, Chranjeevi's son Ravi Teja, Ileana, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam, Kovai Sarala and Ali. The movie was released on August 15th this year.
There is a warning that goes with the movie. Watch it only if you are a hardcore fan of Ravi Teja . The highlight of the film is the sensual scene of Ileana, where she is shown washing a car in skimpy outfits. The camera happily zooms around from her back.
The story begins with Lord Vishnu (played by Brahmanandam) narrates a story to Goddess Lakshmi (played by Kovai Sarala).
The story is about humans and what is happening on earth. Ravi Teja is an orphan. He is also negotiator. He manages everything from domestic issue to real estate. He accidentally lands in Bangkok, where Ileana lives. He falls in love, only to discover that she is also persuaded by Don Prakash Raj.
The rest of the story is about how he manages to win his love from under the preying eyes of Raj.
