Karthik Calling Karthik director prefers writing over direction!

Vijay is all set to prove his status as the jack of all trades by doing direction, screen-writing; screenplay and co-produce 'Karthik Calling Karthik' all in one go!

Basically an ad-man Lalwani loves writing over direction, but preferably in Bollywood. He explains, "I prefer writing in Bollywood over advertising for the creative freedom one gets in former. In advertising, one has to write for a brand, on the contrary in films one gets to brain-storm and come up with original concepts from the scratch, which makes it closer to your heart."

Well, on that note, we hope 'Karthik Calling Karthik' clicks with the audience and so does Vijay's future ventures as well.
