Commission did indict any organisation for Church Attack

.....

In a release issued here today, M Vidyashankar, Secretary Justice B K Somashekara Commission of Inquiry, had stated that Commission which is yet to submit its final report on its inquiry, has not intended to draw any inference against anybody.

The Commission, which had drawn criticism from state BJP President K S Eshwarappa for revealing the contents of its findings to the media, while submitting its report to the State Government, also clarified that the contents of the report were not disclosed to anybody and only silent features of the report which were found already in the public domain.

Dismissing charges that Commission had violated the established protocols and proprieties in the procedure of submitting the report to the government, Secretary claimed that it had not committed any breach of privilege of the legislature. The practices followed by other Commissions for such purposes are neither precedents nor binding on any other Commission as each Commission regulates its own procedure and for different purposes and results.
